Return & Refund Policy

All Defiant Heathen products are made to order. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, sizing issues, or order cancellations once production has begun.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged, we will make it right. Contact us at defiantheathens@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days and we will send the correct item at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.
